As with most things, it depends. For more straightforward roles with lots of available candidates, we target 2-4 weeks. For more complex roles, it may take 1-3 months. You should also factor in additional time for your new hire to give notice to their current employer if they are employed.

You only pay when they’re actively working, as we monitor keyboard and mouse activity. Please be assured that we do not store any private information, and we lack access to your confidential data.

We offer full-time availability, with a standard schedule of 40 hours per week, usually distributed across five 8-hour shifts. If needed, you can inquire about the possibility of extending their hours beyond 8, as many are enthusiastic about taking on additional work.

So, they cannot sue you in the event of work-related issues. It also means you are not legally liable to answer work-related lawsuits. However, employers are expected to treat their workers with respect and kindness.

Nearshore Recruiting & Staffing is the process of recruiting and hiring talent based in Central & South America: Mexico, Argentina, Uruguay, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, and Peru. Talent in these areas have the advantages of being in US timezones which facilitates day-to-day work, solid written and spoken English skills, more affordable salaries/rates, and excellent technical skills.

When you work with us on a contingent based search, you only pay if we place someone with your company. For a retained search engagement, you pay some portion of money up front and the rest upon a placement of someone with your company. Retained search is a great option if you have a lot of difficult to fill roles.
